Volunteer Opportunities | Homeless Shelter | Salt Lake City

Let's face it, donated labor and volunteers make the world go 'round. As with most nonprofit organizations, the Rescue Mission of Salt Lake and its sister facility, Rescue Haven, really do need the tremendous help offered by volunteers.

We need:

1. Groups and individuals to help serve our evening meal to the homeless - this is perfect for youth groups, church groups, business groups and families. To schedule a time contact the Mission's House Manager Don Hill @ 355-1302.

If you would like to volunteer, please download the Volunteer Release Form, fill it out and bring it with you to your scheduled service time.?

2. Groups and individuals to help with building upkeep like painting, cleaning yard work and more. Contact Don Hill @ 355.1302 for more information.

And the King shall answer and say unto them:

"Verily I say unto you,
Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren,
ye have done it unto me.
Matthew 25:40

For, brethren, ye have been called unto liberty; only use not liberty
for an occasion to the flesh, but by love serve one another.
Galatians 5:13
